Uniquely Wired Wellness was created for people who have spent too long wondering why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else.
Uniquely Wired Wellness tailors each individual’s therapy to identify and address their specific pain points and, together, find strategies and solutions to improve their daily lives and wellbeing.
I came to my ADHD diagnosis in my mid-40s, just as COVID hit. For the previous eleven years, I had been working part-time while managing the home and kids — adequately, or so the story I told myself went.
In October 2019, I made the decision to return to full-time work. Almost overnight, I went from juggling three balls to six: a full-time job, two children, homeschooling, and the relentless pressure to hold it all together. When everything fell apart, the stories in my head got louder — why can’t I get it together? No one else seems this bone-tired.
Admitting I needed help was the turning point. I found a therapist, began medication, and slowly started building the structures that allowed me to do more than just cope.
I’m still refining those structures. I still catch the old stories running in the background. But I catch them faster now. I can give myself a break.
Uniquely Wired Wellness comes from this experience – I want you, your kids and your family to be able to break free from the stories that are holding you back. We will work with you to figure out what works.
